Available varieties may include Spunta, Hermes, and Lady Rosetta, depending on season, availability, and destination market requirements.

Typical specifications include a size range of 45–75 mm or as requested, clean skin, firm texture, high dry matter depending on variety, and a productn  free from major internal defects according to agreed inspection standards.

Available packing options include 10kg and 25kg mesh bags, with custom branding available upon request.
